We handle document preparation, translation, coordination with local authorities, and filing to ensure legal marriage registration in your chosen destination.

3.1 Initial Consultation: Our free initial consultation is non-binding. We will assess your eligibility and recommend a destination based on your circumstances.
3.2 Service Confirmation: Once you confirm a booking and deposit is received, a formal service agreement becomes effective. This agreement specifies the destination, timeline, price, and services included.

4.1 Pricing: Our base prices start at $299 and vary by destination. Optional add-ons (photography, celebrations, etc.) are priced separately. We provide a detailed quote before you commit.
4.2 Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (typically 50% of base service fee) is required to secure your wedding date and begin the process.
4.3 Payment Schedule: The balance is due before travel to your destination. We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and other international payment methods.
4.4 Additional Costs: Government filing fees, translation costs, and local authority charges are included in quoted prices. Any additional expenses that arise will be communicated to you for approval before being incurred.
4.5 Taxes: All prices quoted are final. VAT or local taxes may apply depending on your location and are your responsibility.

All content on our website (text, images, graphics, design) is owned by or licensed to Fast Wedding Abroad and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify our content without permission.
10.2 Mediation: If informal resolution fails, disputes will be subject to non-binding mediation before litigation.
10.3 Governing Law: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction of the destination where the marriage takes place, without regard to conflicts of law.
10.4 Jurisdiction: You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the destination country for any legal proceedings.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be severed and the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by us.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Modifications become effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or website notice.
These Terms, along with your service agreement and any documents referenced here, constitute the entire agreement between you and Fast Wedding Abroad regarding your marriage services and supersedes all prior understandings and agreements.
