The Role: Wedding Coordinator

What You'll Do

As a wedding coordinator partner, you'll be the on-ground expert who brings Fast Wedding Abroad couples' special days to life. You'll manage logistics, coordinate with vendors, solve problems in real-time, and ensure every detail is perfect.

Your Key Responsibilities

Pre-wedding consultation with couples (via video call)
Vendor selection and booking (photographers, florists, caterers, etc.)
Venue coordination and logistics planning
Timeline development and day-of schedule creation
Budget management and expense tracking
Marriage license and documentation coordination
Wedding day management (4-8 hours typically)
Post-wedding client follow-up and feedback collection
Vendor payment coordination and invoicing

Essential Qualifications

Minimum 1+ years of event coordination or wedding planning experience
Fluent in English (required for client communication)
Local resident of target destination country
Extensive knowledge of local vendors and venues
Professional communication skills (email, video calls, WhatsApp)
